Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During a release, dispatch can take longer; we post the current window at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship internationally with tracked services. Available destinations, carriers and rates are shown at checkout once your address is entered.

Delivery windows

• Domestic — typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International — typically 5–14 business days after dispatch.
• Remote destinations and customs checks can extend these windows.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it leaves us. If tracking has not moved after five business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the prices shown at checkout.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the outbound shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, use the contact form with your order number within 30 days.
